Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Staff Nurse for Primary Care in Boston, offering full-time hours in a rotating day schedule. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, triage calls, coordinate visits, and support patients and families in a diverse, community-based setting.

Responsibilities include patient education, care coordination, and collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality care. Prior experience in ambulatory and pediatric settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with Massachusetts registration; BSN required for newly licensed nurses.
• Recent ambulatory care experience within 3 years.
• Telephone triage experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Community Health nursing.
• Nursing experience with Pediatric patient populations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in a primary care setting.
• Triages urgent calls and coordinates clinic flow to meet patient needs.
• Develops and revises nursing care plans for diverse adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to promote health, wellness and self-management.
• Demonstrates safety, compassion, and professional communication in all interactions.
