Job summary

One Medical, based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and provide in-office or tele-health care while collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.

Prerequisites include an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and DC licensure by start date. Prior outpatient primary care experience is highly valued; the role may involve in-office

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained by start date at One Medical.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
