Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice clinician for our San Francisco team. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, delivering in-person and telehealth care with a focus on human-centered primary care.

California-licensed NP or PA with national certification is required. LARC and colposcopy experience are a plus; relocation support and a strong benefits package accompany a base salary of $164,700–$196,875 yearly.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• California state license active by start date.
• In the past 5 years, 2+ years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with fellowship/1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs: acute, chronic, and preventive visits.
• Providing in-office and testing center care; occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and in-office learning.
• Collaborating with in-person and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in more states.
