Job summary

One Medical in Boston, MA is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our in-office and tele-health primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic and preventive care, and work with in-person and virtual clinicians.

Required: accreditation and national certification; MA state license before start; 2 years outpatient experience (or 1 year with fellowship) in primary care; strong communication and tech comfort.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings with adults and/or families within the last 5 years.
• Massachusetts state license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, plus occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams during rounds and huddles.
