Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs in-office physical assessments and reviews medical history to provide effective treatment.
• Conducts preventive health screenings based on age and history.
• Educates patients and families about specialty care conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
• Maintains patient care records across offices to ensure accurate histories.
• Performs office-based specialty care procedures per guidelines.
• Identifies opportunities to improve outpatient specialty care through problem-solving and evaluation.
