We offer a non-production-based compensation package and a pay range of $115,000–$150,000 per year, with location-based adjustments. Active license, board certification, and CPR/BLS are required; DEA preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care and chronic care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide wholistic, relationship-based care focusing on prevention and chronic disease management.
• Manage routine wellness visits and urgent care needs with a patient-first approach.
