Go Staffing seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to live and work in Idaho Falls, ID, delivering primary care to older adults in access-limited communities. You will manage a patient panel with support from the clinic team, focusing on quality outcomes over quantity.

Requirements include board-certified PA or NP with 3+ years in primary care, plus experience with HCC coding and wellness visits. Competitive salary with a $10K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits await.

Formación

• Board-certified PA or NP with 3+ years in primary care.
• Experience with Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and Medicare Advantage.
• Familiarity with HCC coding and chart documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with support from MA/LPNs, Front Office Coordinator, Clinic Manager, Medical Director, and teammates.
• Provide full scope of primary care services including well visits and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform Annual Wellness Visits and Health Risk Assessments.
