Job summary

Hillside Medical Group in Texas seeks a full-time Board Certified PA-C or NP-C to join our expanding primary care team. In-person work across Austin, Georgetown, and Leander with strong patient-centered care and collaborative practice is required.

The role includes diagnosing and treating common conditions, ordering labs and imaging, coordinating referrals, maintaining EHR notes in Practice Fusion, and contributing to quality improvement. New grads welcome; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified: FNP-C/FNP-BC or PA-C.
• Current, unrestricted Texas state license and DEA license.
• Proficiency with EHR/medical charting systems.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
• Must have a clear, unrestricted license.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care setting.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Order and interpret laboratory studies.
• Coordinate professional consultations as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
• Support continuity of care through patient education and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
