Job summary

Optum CA in Redlands, CA is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician to join our outpatient team. This role supports a Primary Care clinic with physicians and medical staff.

You’ll provide comprehensive care to patients, perform annual visits, follow-ups, and office procedures, with a Monday–Friday schedule and team-based support. Strong EMR skills and CA NP/PA licensure required; competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certified/board eligible as NP/PA.
• Unrestricted California NP/PA license.
• Current BLS and ACLS.
• Current California DEA certificate.
• Experience with outpatient primary care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care including office visits, annuals and follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with physicians and medical staff in a team-based setting.
• Perform routine office procedures and manage follow-up care; document in EMR.
