Job summary

Cherry Talent Group is representing a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Katy, Texas outpatient primary care team. The provider will build and manage their own patient panel, delivering broad-scope primary care with support from experienced physicians.

The role requires Texas licensure, national certification, and 3+ years of primary care experience, with bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license.
• National certification for NP/PA designation.
• 3+ years of full-time primary care experience.
• Experience with preventive care and women’s health.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and women's health services.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
