Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Advanced Practice Program
• Unrestricted APRN or PA license
• Unrestricted DEA registration and CSR
• Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a family medicine setting.
• Manage a patient load of 16–18 patients per day with quality interactions.
• Work a full-time 4-day clinic schedule (32 patient contact hours).
• Collaborate with an established care team in a community-focused environment.
• Remote options available for administrative tasks to support clinicians.
