Magnet Rated Hospital System in Palm Springs, CA, seeks an experienced Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Monday–Friday schedule in Palm Springs. Relocation up to $15K, plus a $10K sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits are included.

The candidate will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care within the Nursing Practice Act, with opportunities for growth and excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience as NP or PA in primary care.
• Must be licensed to practice in California.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the health status of patients by obtaining history and performing physical examinations.
• Makes accurate diagnoses using data synthesis and differential diagnosis.
• Develops an effective treatment plan maximizing health benefits and provides patient education.
• Evaluates patient status on follow-up and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Provides services within the scope of practice and consults with clinic physicians when needed.
• Documents all patient care per hospital and clinic policies.
