Kingman Regional Medical Center in northwest Arizona seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team. You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN with NP certification, is licensed in Arizona, and is nationally certified as FNP, with BLS.

Qualificações

• MSN with NP certification is required.
• Current Arizona NP license is required.
• National certification as FNP is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine exams, wellness visits, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support population health goals.
