ISHE, Mountain Home CBOC in Idaho, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to serve in Primary Care. The NP will practice as an independent clinician with a full range of services emphasizing quality and timely care within the VA system.

The role includes management of a patient panel, collaboration with the care team, and prescriptive authority in accordance with licensure and certification. EDLP benefits and a stable, Monday–Friday schedule are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP with national certification and state licensure.
• Evidence-based practice and patient management skills.
• Ability to prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.

Responsabilités

• Independently manages a panel of patients with acute and chronic health conditions.
• Provides education to patients and families.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic studies; develops treatment plans.
