Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required with NP emphasis or certificate equivalent.
• Active South Carolina NP license with prescriptive authority and DEA license.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis and treatment within written protocols and guidelines.
• Document care, charting, and billing information accurately.
• Participate in physician education on capitated medicine and practice patterns.
• Respond to RFPs and participate in managed care contract discussions.
• Contribute to quality assurance and utilization management programs.
• Assist in budgeting and revenue optimization efforts.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, physicians, patients, and the public.
