Job summary

The role requires completion of an accredited PA program and state licensure as a PA in Texas, with current BLS. A DEA number must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited physician assistant program.
• One year of specialty training required.
• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in Texas with current BLS or higher.
• Valid DEA registration must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary health care and selective medical services under physician supervision.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic management through histories, exams, tests, and treatment plans.
