Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to work under the direction of the primary care operations team. You will collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care in a systematic, quality-focused way, partnering with patients and the care team to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and, preferably, completion of a Medical Assistant program, plus one year of relevant experience and a commitment to

• One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
• Works well as a member of a team; willing to collaborate with all members of the care team
