Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systemic approach consistent with Mercy standards.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
