Mercy seeks a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering patient-centered care. You will work with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes, following Mercy Service Standards and clinic procedures in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and MA program training, with one year of related experience preferred. New hires must attend the MA Clinic Academy training.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• One year of patient care or medical office experience preferred.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and the care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Perform duties in accordance with Mercy Service Standards and clinic procedures.
