Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. You will partner with patients and the care team to support quality outcomes in line with Mercy standards.

Requires a high school diploma and completion of the MA Clinic Academy training; strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to clinical tasks.

Qualifikationen

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

  • Works with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
  • Partner with patients, providers, and the care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.
  • Perform duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
