Qualifications

• Assists physician and clinical staff in preparation of patients for examinations and procedures.
• Performs in-house laboratory tests and venipuncture as ordered.
• Gathers patient data: name, DOB, vital signs, allergies, and health information.
• Restocks and maintains exam rooms and inventory.
• Schedules appointments and handles insurance pre-certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by assisting clinicians in examinations and procedures.
• Collect and record patient information and vital signs accurately.
• Perform basic lab work, venipuncture, and specimen handling as ordered.
• Prepare exam rooms, restock supplies, and manage inventory.
• Greet patients, verify eligibility, and route messages to clinicians.
