Fast Pace Health is hiring a Primary Care Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Primary Care Provider. You will deliver compassionate patient service in a fast-paced environment and help ensure efficient clinic operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, strong vitals handling and phlebotomy skills, plus a patient-centered mindset. On-site work in Kentucky with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in primary care.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by checking and recording vitals and preparing exam rooms.
• Assist providers with patient assessments, examinations and procedures.
• Conduct basic lab tests and phlebotomy and handle specimens appropriately.
• Maintain patient comfort, confidentiality and accurate charting.
• Support administrative duties: scheduling, records, and referrals.
