HCH brand in Napoleon, OH is seeking a full-time LPN/Medical Assistant for our Primary Care team. The role is on-site, Monday–Wednesday 8a–5p and Friday 8a–5p, with responsibilities including patient care support and front-office tasks.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN or MA program, an Ohio LPN license or MA credential, and BLS certification. Hospital experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.
