CORE Physicians is expanding its collaborative, patient-centered team with a fully remote Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to manage remote inbox coverage and indirect patient care. This role collaborates with on-site providers and staff to ensure timely and high-quality care for patients.

The position requires board certification (MD/DO), DEA, NH license, and 3–5 years of primary care experience, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and regular virtual meetings with on-site

Competenze

• Board-certified MD or DO (primary care) required.
• Active DEA registration.
• New Hampshire medical license or eligible.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in primary care.

• Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input.
• Review and refill medication refill requests.
• Coordinate patient care with triage and care coordination nurses.
• Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients.
• Complete peer-to-peer review with insurance company for authorization of testing or treatment when needed.

CORE Physicians, affiliated with Exeter Hospital and Beth Israel Lahey Health, is expanding and seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our collaborative and patient-centered team. This fully remote position provides physician inbox coverage and support, helping to ensure timely and high-quality patient care.

About the role:

• Support primary care teams remotely by completing indirect patient care tasks. Remote inbox physicians collaborate with on-site providers and staff to co-manage the medical needs of patients.

Schedule:

• Full Time / Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Major Responsibilities:

1. Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input.
2. Review and refill medication refill requests.
3. Coordinate patient care with triage and care coordination nurses.
4. Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients.
5. Complete peer-to-peer review with insurance company for authorization of testing or treatment when needed.
6. Attend regularly-scheduled virtual meetings with on-site providers.
7. Other duties as assigned.
