Sentara Medical Group in Hampton, VA seeks an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine – Manhattan Square. You’ll provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients from newborns to adults in a high-volume, collaborative setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with about 36 patient contact hours and a few admin hours, no on-call duties, and potential for extended hours. A supportive team includes 3 physicians and 3 APPs, with strong onboarding and development

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license
• Masters degree required
• Prior primary care experience preferred, exceptional new grad considered

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad primary care panel for adults and children, including chronic/complex care management
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs to provide high-quality outpatient care
• No on-call requirements and flexible scheduling within a 4–4.5 day week
