Job summary

ProHealth Physicians (CT), part of the Optum family of businesses, seeks a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Farmington, CT team. You’ll practice at the peak of your license with autonomy and support in a physician-led, patient-centered environment.

No evenings or weekends; on-call is optional, promoting work-life balance. We provide onboarding, mentorship, and structured scheduling, plus opportunities for leadership, teaching, and administration as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program (or ability to obtain).
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in CT (or ability to obtain).
• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA (or ability to obtain).
• Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start).
