Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Pricing and Underwriting to lead pricing, underwriting, and risk analysis across the full scope of assignments. The role reports to the Director and guides Supervisors and Analysts, developing pricing recommendations and maintaining underwriting models for new business, renewals, and client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, 4+ years in pricing/underwriting with leadership experience, and a proven

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years pricing/underwriting experience in PBM or related setting.
• 2+ years leadership experience or equivalent.
• Experience with pricing risk and client profitability favored.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing and underwriting for new, renewal, and RFP opportunities.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Analysts for accurate pricing and risk analysis.
• Oversee pricing/claims/utilization data and model development.
• Communicate pricing approaches and financial risk to diverse stakeholders.
• Support leadership reporting on profitability, risk, and performance metrics.
