salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to enhance pricing and packaging strategies as part of the Pricing Strategy team. This role includes investigating market opportunities to support Salesforce's growth while collaborating with various departments.
The successful candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience and superior analytical and strategic skills. They will communicate complex concepts to executive leadership and drive initiatives that impact the overall monetization of Salesforce products.
We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to support and drive change for Salesforce products as part of the Pricing Strategy team. The role will involve investigating and evaluating pricing and packaging strategies to take advantage of market opportunities to accelerate Salesforce growth. The role is a unique opportunity to develop cross‑functional, and cross‑product expertise in Pricing and Packaging Strategy while getting exposure to a variety of high priority products and market expansion initiatives. The Director will collaborate with leaders in our product and marketing organizations to help craft new business models, define strategies for new offerings, optimise packaging & pricing for existing offers, and drive overall monetisation.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,100 - $227,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $147,400 - $247,900 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
