Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Specialist in Waterloo, IA to support pricing strategy execution by developing pricing structures, rate sheets, and customer-specific pricing within approved guidelines.

You will analyze pricing data, costs, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with sales and finance for quotes, contracts, and renewals, and maintain pricing records in accordance with governance standards. Travel is unlikely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Prior experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with pricing systems, ERP tools, Microsoft Excel, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy execution by creating, maintaining, and updating pricing structures, rate sheets, and customer‑specific pricing within approved guidelines.
• Analyze pricing data, cost inputs, and margin performance to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate pricing for quotes, contracts, and renewals.
• Maintain pricing records, documentation, and system data in accordance with company policies, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Assist with customer pricing setup, validation, and issue resolution related to pricing accuracy and system discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with pricing policies, discount thresholds, and approval workflows.
• Support margin improvement and cost‑to‑serve initiatives through pricing analysis and reporting.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings, pricing initiatives, and professional development activities as assigned.
