Job summary

Goodwill is hiring a Full-Time Production Worker at our Lacey, WA location. You will process donated merchandise for resale, including sorting and pricing, in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This role offers career advancement and hands-on development opportunities.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in price tagging, and maintaining a clean, safe work area, with cross-training in other areas to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Tickets items for sale by attaching price ticket to item.
• Records and keeps daily production records.
• Places ticketed items on or in appropriate transport container.
• Monitors and reports supply needs to supervisor.
• Ensures the area stays clean, well-organized and safe.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Able to work and maintain in a fast pace environment.
• Willingness to cross train in other areas.
• Inspect, clean, and repair items to be priced and placed on the sales floor.
• Ability to change priorities as business dictates.
• Unloads sacks, boxes, and miscellaneous donated items from donation carts and transports them to proper processing or storage areas.
