Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Scanning Coordinator to maintain price files, shelf tags, and signage while assisting customers with a friendly, energetic demeanor.

In this role you will activate daily price changes, coordinate promotions with store managers, and ensure accuracy of tagging, with a focus on customer service and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with MS Office help daily reporting and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous grocery retail experience a plus, Store Support knowledge helpful.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelf tags and price files; update as needed.
• Activate price changes daily in the computer system.
• Coordinate promotions and ensure correct tagging with managers.
• Inform staff and store leadership of scan inaccuracies.
• Assist customers with requests and special orders.
• Respond to customer suggestions and complaints.
• Prepare and submit required reports and paperwork.
• Help keep store clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
