Festival Foods in Janesville, WI is seeking an Assistant Pricing Coordinator to manage pricing accuracy, execute price changes, and support promotional activities. You will work with store leadership and vendor partners to ensure correct labels, clear guest information, and alignment with pricing standards.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Basic computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• A detail-oriented and adaptable approach to handling pricing adjustments and store promotions.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Responsabilités

• Support the Pricing Coordinator by executing price changes, ad and display updates, and promotional signage throughout the store.
• Maintain accurate pricing across all store products, ensuring guests receive clear and correct information.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Store Director, Pricing Director, and department managers to uphold pricing standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests in locating items and answering pricing-related questions.
• Take the lead in the Pricing Coordinator’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to a clean, organized pricing department, including work areas, inventory, shelving, and the sales floor.
• Follow best practices outlined in the Pricing team manual to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Honor commitments: Regular, timely attendance in alignment with the work schedule and coverage needs.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
