Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Pricing & Profitability Product Manager to lead product vision and delivery for loan pricing, profitability analysis, and related sales enablement processes. The role sits in the Sales, Credit and Servicing COE, collaborating with stakeholders and vendor teams to drive modern, scalable platform solutions.

The ideal candidate combines fintech product know-how with rapid learning of complex banking systems and strong stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, data and analytics, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, workflows, and user needs.
• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Lead discovery, design workshops, and requirements-gathering with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Backlog management and collaboration with Agile teams through design, build, test, and release.
