Job summary

TALENT SHIFT is seeking an experienced Pricing and Profitability Consultant for a four-month fully remote project with a manufacturing client. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and have 5+ years in Commercial Excellence, with eligibility to work in the continental United States.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pricing and Profitability Consultant for our manufacturing client on a project basis. This contract role is fully-remote with a duration of four months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costing, pricing, customer, and product data to improve profitability and support commercial decisions.
• Identify and prioritize margin improvement opportunities across pricing, freight, contracts, and product portfolios.
• Track implementation, value realization, and KPI performance while building sustainable tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Lead project management and cross-functional coordination for commercial initiatives and action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 5+ years of relevant Commercial Excellence experience
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
