Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Pricing Representative to collect, organize and validate data for promotion pricing requests across multiple applications. You will maintain pricing in the VIP-SRS system and manage communications between Monster Energy and distributor partners.

Your role includes performing monthly pricing analyses, updating cost and retail changes, processing new item alerts, and contributing to pricing policies documentation to ensure accurate, timely data across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• 1-3 years of experience using pricing software or analytical tools.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accurate and timely 10-key data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and validate data for pricing requests across promotion pricing systems.
• Maintain and monitor pricing within the VIP-SRS system, updating status and logs.
• Facilitate communications between Monster Energy and distributor partners.
• Perform monthly pricing analysis and prepare insights for pricing decisions.
• Enter and update cost and retail changes in related systems and documents.
• Process new item alerts and authorizations as they arrive.
