Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer pricing files, including contract pricing and promotional pricing.
• Load and manage pricing data in ERP systems and customer portals.
• Analyze pricing discrepancies and assist in resolution with internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to pricing activity and performance.
• Support audits and reviews of pricing structures for compliance and profitability.
• Monitor expiration dates on pricing and assist in renewals or revisions.
• Assist with pricing simulations, scenario planning, and margin analysis as needed.
