Job summary

In this role you will develop scalable monetization frameworks, test ideas, and collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and marketing to translate capabilities into viable offers. Strong financial and project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing pricing strategies and monetization models.
• 6+ years in pricing, monetization strategy, financial analysis, product analytics, cloud economics, or commercial strategy.
• Experience pricing or monetization strategies for cloud platforms, SaaS, or AI-enabled products.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, BI tools, and analytics methods.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience guiding complex initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.

The Role

You will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping promotional offers and packages and how they impact long term monetization strategy across cloud-based, AI-enabled, and digital product portfolios.

Operating at a strategic level, this role requires both financial and project management skills to expertise to develop scalable monetization frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy.

You understand the full cycle of how a new to market monetization idea comes to be and how to test if it is fit for long term application. You work cross functionally to create, test, and deploy these ideas. It is important to understand how to measure the success and when to recommend that an idea becomes strategic BAU.

The Main Responsibilities

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Strong experience developing and implementing pricing strategies, including usage metering, rate structures, unit economics, and scalable monetization models.

• Six plus years of related experience in pricing, monetization strategy, financial analysis, product analytics, cloud economics, or commercial strategy

• Significant experience developing pricing or monetization strategies for cloud platforms, SaaS models, AI-enabled products, APIs, or digital ecosystems.

• Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, SQL, Python, BI tools, and analytics methods used to evaluate pricing performance, unit economics, and market opportunities.

• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across senior technical, financial, and commercial audiences.

• Experience guiding complex initiatives in large, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.

• Enterprise technology, cloud, SaaS, Telecommunications, or B2B platform pricing experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience; advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$105,786 - $141,047 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$111,074 - $148,099 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$116,364 - $155,152 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
