Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with neat appearance.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guideline: process donations within 24 hours and move goods to the sales floor.
• Sort donations into salable, salvage, and trash; place non-salable items into salvage or trash containers.
• Meet and often exceed production goals.
• Price merchandise using the baseline price guide; mark down exceptional items.
• Keep abreast of brand names, merchandise knowledge, trends and pricing.
• Maintain processing area and equipment in a neat, clean, and operable condition.
• Perform markdowns in line with GGC policy.
• Review recall bulletins to prevent unsafe items from being sold.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend in-service and training as assigned by team leader/coach.
• Safely move wares totes to/off the sales floor; manage stacking limits.
• Other duties as assigned by the TLC and/or ATL.
