Coda Search Staffing is partnering with a prestigious law firm in midtown Manhattan to identify a Pricing Manager. You will work with senior leaders and practice group heads to shape pricing strategies that enhance financial performance and competitive positioning.

The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to guide partners and business development through pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm
• Prior experience in a law firm pricing - developing pricing strategies and fee arrangements
• Prior experience supervising a small team and guiding direct reports
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with partners, attorneys, and senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and experience with legal billing or accounting systems preferred.

• Collaborate with partners, business development teams, and senior leaders to develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the firm’s financial objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on budgeting, fee arrangements, and pricing structures.
• Support the development of competitive fee arrangements and rate strategies.
• Create and manage various tools to guide pricing decisions across each practice group
• Mentor, supervise, and manage a small team of direct reports
• Implement strategic process improvements working closely with senior leadership and various internal teams
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making.
