Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys in Maple Grove is hiring a full-time Inventory Control Specialist to help create an outstanding shopping experience. The role is in-person with a 7:00am–3:00pm shift range and pays a competitive $24.50–$29.13 per hour.

This position involves greeting customers, coordinating invoices, and overseeing cycle counts and receiving processes. We offer flexible scheduling, PTO, health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or food service preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Service oriented with high energy and friendly demeanor.
• Experience with database maintenance and data entry is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems and 10-key accuracy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and team members.
• Coordinate invoices and manage daily pricing activities.
• Monitor cycle counts and correct discrepancies in data processing.
• Count items, inspect quality, and flag items for closer checks.
• Receive product and manage receiving hours and vendor access.
