Job summary

Tops is seeking a Clerk to help maintain accurate pricing and provide friendly customer service in a neighborhood store. The role involves price audits, interaction with vendors, and ensuring merchandise is priced correctly on shelves and in the system.

Must be at least 18 years old with basic math and computer skills, plus strong communication. The position requires attention to detail and willingness to learn product locations and store procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create signs and tags to maintain accurate pricing throughout the store
• Maintain accurate pricing files for all departments
• Minimize shrink by ensuring all price discrepancies are resolved immediately
• Ensure all equipment is treated/maintained properly
• Complete all applicable paperwork
• Follow direction from the scan coordinator
• Ability to learn, differentiate, and retain information regarding product lines/locations
