Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas, is seeking a Price Integrity Clerk to maintain pricing accuracy in-store. You will verify price tags with a handheld scanner, update pricing in the computer system, and investigate discrepancies to prevent shrink.

You’ll help customers by locating products and confirming prices. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to learn new systems, and the willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fresh Item Management (FIM) and SAP reporting tools.
• Must be detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to learn new technology systems and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies price tags with handheld scanner to ensure proper pricing.
• Conducts daily/weekly/monthly price updates in the system.
• Investigates and adds items not-on-file; runs reports to prevent shrink.
• Tears, sorts, and hangs price tags; maintains accurate pricing and signage.
• Ensures WIC tags comply with regulations and company policy.
• Provides friendly customer service and assists with locating products.
