Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support flexible part-time schedules at partner grocery stores. No prior experience required; training is provided. You will complete assignments during store hours, collect items, and document progress using the company app.

The role supports work-life balance with adjustable shifts and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must be 18+, hold a HS diploma, have a smartphone, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments within the assigned window while the store is open.
• Assist with collecting items in store aisles and in cold storage areas as required.
• Use the company app to receive and document work progress and drive time/mileage reimbursement eligibility.
