Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support grocery-store projects with flexible schedules. No experience needed—training provided and assignments occur within store hours. You’ll carry out tasks requiring reliability, ability to stand for long periods, and up to 40 pounds lifting.

A valid driver’s license and transportation are required, with reimbursement for drive time and mileage. This role emphasizes accountability, respect, and trust while offering a minimum guaranteed pay

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Must be reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold grocery store environments for some projects.
