Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for college students with flexible schedules and no prior experience required. You will work within store hours, dress is casual, and you can adjust your schedule to study or attend classes. Training begins on day one and compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum.

As a part-time team member, you receive identity theft protection and a 401k with match, plus mileage reimbursement and ongoing opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.
