Job summary

RDSolutions seeks motivated Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise products, and perform store resets. You will download and use a company app to record data, capture prices and promotions, and transmit files back to our corporate office after each project.

Responsibilities include conducting demos, engaging with store personnel and customers, and visiting multiple locations as required. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, a smartphone, and a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver''s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute market area projects independently or with a team.
• Use the company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, promos, and merchandising photos per criteria.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as needed.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
