Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity across the store. You’ll manage daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, update shelf signs, and verify promotional pricing while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires numerical precision, strong communication with staff and vendors, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with a high school diploma or equivalent and some related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze price programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Read price tags, create and post signs, and use a computer to activate pricing; step ladder may be needed.
• Ability to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours; occasional crouching/kneeling.
