Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new team members to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets across market areas. You will use a company app to record product data, capture prices and promotions, and communicate results to our corporate office.

This role involves visiting stores, performing demos, and assisting with planogram resets in various locations. We offer a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, a comprehensive training program, competitive compensation with

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, detail oriented and dependable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects throughout the United States as needed, independently or in a group.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit the file to corporate office after completing the project.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as needed.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
