Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking independent contractors to join our flexible delivery/collection projects. You will collect items at grocery stores, follow preplanned routes, and control earnings through productive work.

As a Research Associate, you can choose when and how much you earn with reliable transportation and smart device access. Training is provided and flexible hours help fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect items across stores according to preplanned routes.
• Operate company pricing app on smartphone during assignments.
• Maintain reliability to meet assignment deadlines and quality expectations.
• Ensure safety and proper handling during transportation and collection.
