Job summary

RDSolutions in Traverse City, MI is seeking flexible Research Associate roles where you can choose your own hours and control earnings. You’ll perform delivery/collection tasks for stores, with training provided to hit efficiency and quality goals.

Work is independent and part-time, requiring reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Competitive, incentive-based pay and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Gather and complete project assignments for stores.
• Meet project criteria on time with attention to detail.
• Drive to and between locations as required and manage collection tasks.
